Fruit Chaat

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Number of Servings: Varies according to fruit quantity

Ingredients:

  • Apple, Chopped
  • Banana, Peeled and chopped
  • Papaya, Chopped
  • Water Melon, Chopped
  • Pineapple, Chopped
  • Grapes
  • Sprig Sichuan Pepper & Sea Salt
  • Sprig Sweet Paprika
  • Roasted Cumin Powder
  • Black Salt
  • Chaat Masala
  • Lime juice

 

Method:

  • Take all the diced fruits in a bowl and chill.
  • Sprinkle Sprig Sichuan Pepper & Sea Salt, Sprig Sweet Paprika, roasted cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala, lime juice and toss well.
  • To make fruit chaat skewers, take a skewer and skewer the fruits in any order you like
  • Transfer them to a bowl and serve them immediately.
